Hello everyone, in today’s video I talk about my experience on a raw vegan diet and some of the benefits I’ve noticed since following it-. I am not saying that everyone should follow this lifestyle or eat the same way as I do, but I truly think that no matter what your diet is you can benefit from including more fruits and veggies into it.
The benefits I mention in this video are the following ones:
1. Increased energy and motivation for exercising and being active
2. Your skin may clear up and your eyes color can change too
3. Reduced inflammation and bloating. Fruits and veggies are the best anti-inflammatory foods that exist
4. You are less prone to suffer from auto-inmune diseases such as thyroid problems, anemia, fibromialgia, etc. Raw foods also protect you against cancer and aging.
5. Improved moods! Eating a raw vegan, mostly fruit diet improves your mood and makes you more happy, less stressed and anxious or depressed. You are also going to be less aggressive since you are not consuming meat products that come from an industry that produces death, pain and destruction in this planet.
