Hi everyone today’s video is about what my husband eats in a day to loose weight just for your information he has lost 23 kgs. he is going to start a day with matcha and mint tea. just add a tea bag in boiling water and morning tea is ready. Matcha has much more antioxidants than regular brewed tea, and it increase metabolic rate during workouts, and helps weight loss.for breakfast he is going to have a banana blueberry smoothie. i am simply adding a banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon non fat plain greek yogurt, and 2 % milk. blend it and the yummy breakfast is ready. Bananas have a low glycemic index, which helps in reducing weight & recent studies shows that blueberries may help for weight loss. this is a part 4 of indian vegetarian weight loss full day of eating do check part 1,2&3 for complete meals of the day.for lunch i am making spring mix sabji, soya bean and quinoa roti & reddish raita.to make roti flour first i am dry roasting quinoa. once cooled down i am going to grind it in mixer. then i am adding 1 cup of quinoa flour with 1 cup of soybean flour. the dough gets slightly sticky just make sure to apply more flour than usual while rolling the roties and they will turn out good. QUINOA IS  high in protein, which can both increase metabolism and reduce appetite significantly Soybeans are high in protein and a decent source of both carbs and fat now i am going to make sabji. spring mix contains protein & essential vitamins and minerals. this recipe is really tasty and every family member of yours will love it. in a heated pan i am going to make a regular tadka in ghee first. then add 1 bowl of chopped spring mix, and fry till the leaves shrink. then i am going to add 1 tablespoon of jowl flour salt to taste and 1/2 steel bowl of water. mix it well and let it cook for few min.now i am going to make reddish raita . half a cup radish contains 1 g of fiber, which is important for weight loss. It helps you lower your cholesterol and increases your fibre intake aiding in weight loss. in a simple tadka i am goin to fry shredded reddish till raw flavor is gone , after its cooled down add 1 tablespoon of nonfat greek yogurt, salt , sugar to taste mix it well and raita is ready. serve sabji, raita and roti and a perfect vegetarian weight loss meal is ready.if you feel hungry around 4 o clock eat raw veggies or fruits.Before starting dinner if you like this video give it a big thumbs , share it on what’s app and facebook and please subscribe to my channel.For dinner first i am going to make .black chickpea are packed with nutrients, it helps to keep appetite under control they are rich in plant based protein and helps to manage weight.i am going to have this curry with brown rice, which is an easy, versatile, and healthy filler you can add to any meal. Plus, it is more nutrient-dense. This means that it is extremely filling but lower in caloriesFor instance, consuming 200 calories of brown rice would almost fill you up.
