Raw Food Smoothies – Episode 2: Tomato and Avocado dinner cold soup smoothie.

Les McDonald shows you how to make one of his favorite dinner raw food cold soup smoothies. Read on for an ingredients list.
Ingredients:
-2 to 3 Roma tomatoes
-2 to 3 cups of coconut water
-1 medium avocado
-1 cup cut Kale
-1 cup cut red swiss chard
-1 ounce of extra virgin olive oil
-1/2 chili pepper
-1/2 cup of diced green pepper
-1 green onion
-fresh Sage and Oregano to taste
-1 wedge of fresh lime with body de-skinned
-sea salt and pepper to taste
