Hi friends! I shot this video a few months ago and finally had the chance to edit it! I love making videos this way so I’ll be doing more recipe videos like this one!

The cashew “cheese” in this recipe was

1/2 cup soaked cashews
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 small sweet red pepper or half of a large one
3 pitted dates
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
A dash of salt and cayenne,
1/8 tsp smoked paprika and any spices you might desire.

Blend with about 1/2 cup water or more to desired consistency. I always have a bit of this on hand for dips, dressings and sushi! Use UNTOASTED nori sheets from

Also, I no longer use agave syrup. I only used it here because I had no dates. I use about 2-3 dates now depending on how much cauliflower I’m blending. It works just as well to make it sticky 🙂 you can also stir into the cauliflower some chopped green onions, parsley or cilantro for a different flavour! Enjoy!
