57-year-old life and business coach Tony Robbins is busier than ever, so he needs to stay healthy.
That’s why he enlisted the help of personal trainer Billy Beck III–and switched up his diet.
According to Business Insider, Robbins starts his 16-hour work day with eggs and coconut flour bread.
Lunch is a large green salad with avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt, for heart health.
Dinner involves a ‘clean, organic protein source’ accompanied by vegetables.
And for snacks, Robbins eats protein meal replacement bars and green superfood smoothies.
