They discuss their journey from their fruit diet, to raw food diet which made them both not feel well because they realized how many fats were sneaking into their diet just to try to maintain the raw food diet. Sometimes we work too hard to follow a diet that has a certain name rather than one that we feel well on. This episode is about them speaking candidly about why they added cooked food back into their diet to help them feel satisfied AND to be able to eat little to no fats again. Their journey can help since it is a common issue that many are faced with when trying to go raw.
