What I ate today on a low fat raw vegan diet II

Breakfast:
3 large grapefruits
6 oranges
handful raspberries

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: Peanut butter chocolate banana cereal

Recipe: Chop up as many bananas as you wish. To make the sauce, blend 2 bananas, 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (or 0.5-1 tbsp regular peanut butter) with a few dates, a dash cinnamon, 1 heaping tbsp raw cacao or carob powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract. and water as needed. Pour sauce over bananas. This is pure bliss

Dinner: Large Salad with cheesy dressing

Dressing Recipe: Blend the following ingredients:

-1 medium zucchini
– juice of half a lemon
– 1 heaping tbsp nutritional yeast
– dash onion powder
-dash turmeric
-dash chill powder
-small handful cherry tomatoes
-1.5 tbsp pine nuts
-1 tsp miso paste

Snack – 1 young coconut (water and flesh)
